Platform Overview

ARTE One is a technology-enabled wealth platform operated under the ARTE One brand by ARTE Partners LLC (the "Platform Operator").

The platform provides users with access to information, tools, and connectivity to a range of investment-related products and services. ARTE One is designed to facilitate access, transparency, and coordination across multiple solutions within a structured governance and compliance framework.

Role of ARTE One

ARTE One acts as:

  • a platform operator and technology provider; and
  • an access point to products and services that may be provided by:
    • entities within the ARTE group; and/or
    • independent third-party providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and agreed under a separate contract, ARTE Partners LLC:

  • does not provide personalised investment advice;
  • does not act as a portfolio manager, broker, dealer, or custodian;
  • does not execute transactions or hold client assets; and
  • does not manufacture, issue, structure, or underwrite financial products.

Any regulated activity is carried out, where applicable, by the relevant ARTE group entity or third-party provider, under their own terms, disclosures, and regulatory authorisations.

ARTE Group Entities and Third-Party Providers

Depending on the product or service accessed through the platform, services may be provided by:

  • affiliated entities within the ARTE group (including, without limitation, investment management, technology, analytics, or structuring entities); and/or
  • independent third-party providers, such as regulated asset managers, product issuers, custodians, administrators, or service providers.

Any reference to ARTE group entities or third-party providers on the platform is indicative and non-exhaustive.

The applicable provider(s) for a specific product or service are identified in the relevant product documentation, contractual agreements, or onboarding materials.

Product-Level Disclosures

Each investment product or financial service accessible through ARTE One is subject to its own:

  • legal documentation (e.g. prospectus, offering memorandum, factsheet);
  • contractual terms and conditions; and
  • regulatory disclosures.

Users should carefully review all applicable product-level documentation before making any investment or transaction decision.

Regulatory Status and Jurisdictional Notice

The regulatory status of ARTE Partners LLC and other entities referenced on the platform may vary by jurisdiction.

European Union (EU)

ARTE Partners LLC is not authorised or regulated as an investment firm under MiFID II, unless expressly stated otherwise. Investment products and regulated services are provided by appropriately authorised ARTE group entities or third-party providers, where applicable.

United Kingdom (UK)

ARTE Partners LLC is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Any regulated activities are carried out by authorised entities, where applicable.

United States (US)

ARTE Partners LLC is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor, unless expressly stated otherwise. Access to products or services is subject to applicable U.S. federal and state securities laws.

United Arab Emirates (UAE)

ARTE Partners LLC is not licensed by the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) or the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), unless expressly stated otherwise. Regulated activities, where applicable, are conducted by licensed entities.

Other Jurisdictions

Users accessing the platform from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
