AI & Technology Disclosure
Overview
ARTE One leverages technology, data analytics, and, in certain contexts, artificial intelligence ("AI") and algorithmic tools to support the operation of its digital wealth platform and enhance user experience, efficiency, and analytical capabilities.
This disclosure describes, at a high level, how technology and AI-enabled tools may be used in connection with the Platform. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not create any contractual obligation or guarantee regarding outcomes, performance, or availability.
Role of AI and Algorithmic Tools
AI and algorithmic tools used in connection with the ARTE One platform may be designed to:
- assist with data analysis and information processing;
- support operational monitoring, quality controls, and efficiency;
- enhance reporting, visualisation, and user experience (including content organisation or personalisation); and
- help identify patterns or trends within large datasets.
Where AI or algorithmic outputs are presented (including analytics, signals, simulations, classifications, summaries, or other automated outputs), they are provided as decision-support information only and do not operate as autonomous decision-makers.
Human Oversight and Accountability
All material decisions relating to the platform, including those connected to investments, risk management, product access, or strategic direction, are subject to human oversight and control, and/or are the responsibility of the relevant product or service provider.
Certain monitoring and controls may be automated (for example, security, fraud prevention, operational alerts, or risk flags). Automated processes are designed to support oversight and consistency and do not replace human responsibility or accountability for material decisions.
Responsibility for decisions and actions remains with the relevant human decision-makers and, where applicable, the relevant product or service provider.
No Investment Advice or Fiduciary Role
AI and technology tools made available through the platform:
- do not provide personalised investment advice;
- do not constitute recommendations or solicitations; and
- do not take into account individual financial circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance unless expressly stated otherwise in writing under a separate agreement.
ARTE One does not act as a fiduciary or discretionary investment manager by virtue of its use of AI or technology tools. Users remain responsible for conducting their own assessment and due diligence and for seeking professional advice where appropriate.
Limitations and Model Risk
AI systems, algorithms, and analytical tools are subject to inherent limitations, including:
- reliance on historical, modelled, or third-party data that may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or subject to revision;
- modelling assumptions, simplifications, or potential bias;
- sensitivity to changes in market conditions or input data; and
- model drift or degradation over time.
Accordingly, outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for certain purposes, may vary over time, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.
Technology Infrastructure and Third-Party Tools
The ARTE One platform may utilise a combination of:
- proprietary technology and internally developed tools; and
- third-party software, data sources, cloud infrastructure, and analytics services.
Third-party technology and data providers operate under their own terms and policies. ARTE One does not control and is not responsible for the internal practices, availability, accuracy, or performance of such providers, except as required by applicable law or as expressly agreed under relevant contracts.
Data Usage and Privacy
The use of technology and AI-enabled tools on the platform is subject to ARTE One's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Where personal data is processed:
- it is handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards based on the nature and sensitivity of the data; and
- access is restricted to authorised personnel and service providers, where applicable.
ARTE One does not make personal data publicly available through AI tools and does not use personal data to train public, open, or generally available AI models, except where disclosed and/or permitted by applicable law.
Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Regulatory Context
The use of AI and advanced technology within the platform is intended to support operational efficiency and analytical capabilities and does not, in itself, constitute regulated investment activity.
Regulatory requirements relating to technology, data, and AI may evolve over time. ARTE One monitors relevant developments and adapts its practices where applicable and where appropriate.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
The use of technology, algorithms, or AI-enabled tools does not guarantee:
- investment performance;
- accuracy or completeness of outputs;
- availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform; or
- achievement of any particular result.
Users acknowledge the inherent risks and limitations associated with technology-driven systems.
